Job summary

Wiliot seeks Field Technicians to join the Dallas team. This hands-on, customer-facing role deploys and supports Wiliot’s IoT solutions in real-world environments.

You will collaborate with Customer Success Managers and Solution Engineers to move solutions from concept to scale. You will be the link between technology and customers, ensuring successful implementation and adoption, with opportunities to travel locally and regionally.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or technical cert required or equivalent hands-on experience.
• 0–3 years in field service, technical support, or installation roles preferred.
• Basic understanding of BLE, RFID, RF systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, able to work independently in the field.
• Excellent communication and customer-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end deployment of Wiliot solutions, including installation, configuration, testing, and optimization of hardware and systems.
• Perform onsite startup and commissioning activities, ensuring systems operate correctly and meet performance expectations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to IoT devices, sensors, gateways, and connectivity.
• Monitor deployed systems, analyze performance data, and adjust for efficiency and accuracy.
• Travel to customer sites as needed to support deployments and ongoing service.
