Job summary

Cable One is seeking a Field Technician in Sioux City, IA to install customer service drops and outlets for residential and business customers. You will troubleshoot with electronic test equipment, diagnose performance issues, and ensure proper signal levels.

Qualifications

• At least 3 months of customer service or related experience/training.
• Must have a high school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Install customer service drops or outlets in residential and business properties.
• Troubleshoot using electronic test equipment and online diagnostic tools to resolve reception issues and improve service.
• Ensure proper upstream/downstream signal levels at each termination on customer premises.
• Educate customers on new/existing equipment and potential upgrades.
• Perform other duties to support the organization's goals.
