Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate Degree in Electrical/Electronic technology or military experience preferred.
• 5+ years of relevant industry experience.
• NETA II Certified.
• Industry certification programs preferred (e.g. Infrared, Corona, Oil Analysis, manufacturers).

Responsabilités

• Lead job site safety briefings and enforce proper PPE usage across the team.
• Direct testing, inspection, and maintenance of high, medium, and low voltage equipment.
• Troubleshoot complex electrical and control system issues using schematics and diagrams.
• Review field documentation, test reports, and discrepancy tracking for accuracy.
• Coordinate daily field activities with engineers, project managers, and crews.
• Mentor and train junior technicians with technical guidance.
