Qualifications

• Bachelors or Associates Degree in Electrical/Electronic technology (or military experience).
• 5+ years in the electrical industry.
• NETA II certification preferred.
• Industry certs (Infrared, Corona, Oil Analysis, etc.) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead field crews and execute advanced testing and maintenance of high, medium, and low voltage equipment.
• Troubleshoot complex electrical and control system issues using diagrams and schematics.
• Ensure safety compliance and PPE usage across the team.
• Review field documentation, test reports, and logs for accuracy.
• Coordinate daily field activities with engineers and project managers.
