Job summary

CompucomStaffing is seeking a Level 2 Field Technician to join their client team in Mishawaka, IN and provide end-user IT support. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required, with daily travel of 25-100+ miles.

Occasional on-call work on weekends is expected. The role involves triage, troubleshooting, documentation, and resolution of IT issues across devices such as PCs, printers, thin clients, servers and network gear.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years of IT support work experience.
• Familiarity with Windows OS, OSX and Linux.
• A+ Certification highly desired.
• OEM Certifications (Dell / Lenovo).
• Apple / Mac experience.
• Printer, laptop and desktop hardware and software support.
• ServiceNow experience a plus.
• Strong time management and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Triage, troubleshoot and resolve issues within client scope on IT equipment.
• Document efforts, issues, resolutions, and close tickets daily.
• Support devices including POS, PCs, printers, thin clients, servers and network switches.
• Complete all assigned projects and tasks.
