Job summary

DuraServ Corp is seeking a Technician II to install, maintain, and repair commercial door and dock equipment at customer sites in Suwanee, GA. The role emphasizes mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, safety, and strong customer service.

Qualified candidates have a high school diploma or GED, and preferably trade school certification, with experience in welding, mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems. A valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

Graduated from Technician I level or Level 2 assessment approval.
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred; trade school acceptable.
Experience with Welding, Mechanical, Hydraulic, and Electrical systems preferred.
Previous Dock and Door Industry experience preferred.
A valid state driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

Install, service, and maintain commercial dock and door equipment at customer sites.
Perform mechanical and electrical troubleshooting on equipment including rolling and sectional doors.
Use hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment for installation hardware.
Maintain a safe job site and comply with safety policies and regulations.
Read diagrams and manuals to assist with diagnostics and setup.
Document service activities and communicate job status to customers.
