Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred; trade school certificates acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, and maintain commercial dock and door equipment per manufacturer guidelines and company standards.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems on dock and door equipment.
• Read and interpret manuals, wiring diagrams, and technical documents to diagnose issues.
• Document service activities, parts used, and recommendations for future maintenance.
• Communicate clearly with customers and team members about job status and needs.
• Support larger installations or service calls as needed and adapt to changing priorities.
