Qualifications

• Experience with welding, mechanical, hydraulic and electrical systems.
• Ability to read manuals, wiring diagrams and technical documentation.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• High school diploma or equivalent; trade school acceptable.
• Strong safety mindset and customer service focus.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, and maintain commercial dock and door equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems across equipment range.
• Use hand tools, power tools and welding equipment for installations and repairs.
• Document service activities, parts used, and future maintenance needs.
• Communicate clearly with customers and team members.
