Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training a plus.
• 0-3 years in field-based outdoor roles preferred.
• Valid driver's license with clean record; ability to operate company vehicles.
• Certifications such as ACI Level 1 Concrete Testing or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Conduct field and laboratory testing of soil, concrete, asphalt, aggregate, and other construction materials.
• Collect, label, and transport samples to laboratories for testing.
• Maintain testing equipment and ensure compliance with project specs and safety protocols.
• Complete detailed reports and logs; communicate findings to managers and stakeholders.
• Operate and maintain company vehicle and ensure cleanliness.
• Follow OSHA safety guidelines and use PPE.
