Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training is a plus.
• 0-3 years of outdoor/field-based experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with safe driving record; ability to operate company vehicles.
• Industry certifications such as ACI Level 1 or ability to obtain.
• Commitment to OSHA safety standards and PPE usage.

Responsibilities

• Conduct field and laboratory testing of soils, concrete, asphalt, aggregate, and other construction materials to verify compliance with project specifications, industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Collect, label, and transport samples from job sites to laboratories for testing and analysis.
• Prepare detailed reports, logs, and documentation of test results for project managers and stakeholders.
• Maintain testing equipment and ensure proper calibration and functioning.
• Communicate updates with dispatch, field supervisors, contractors, and project managers in real time.
