Compucom Systems, Inc. is seeking a Field Technician (Level II) to support a designated customer within a specific geographic area in Raleigh, NC. You will troubleshoot hardware and software, install and configure equipment, and ensure customer issues are resolved and documented in ServiceNow.

The role requires strong communication, the ability to manage multiple tasks, and adherence to SLAs. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required for field visits to client sites.

Formación

• Associate degree or equivalent IT experience
• Strong written and verbal communication with customers and team
• Working knowledge of Windows OS, networks, and tools
• Experience with banking equipment is a plus
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet SLAs

Responsabilidades

• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues for designated customers
• Install and configure hardware and applications
• Coordinate with Level II/Lead Technicians to resolve problems
• Document outcomes in ServiceNow after resolution
• Maintain inventory levels and vehicle stocking
