Job summary

Compucom Systems, Inc. is seeking a Field Technician to support a designated customer within a specific geographic area. As a Level II Technician, you will troubleshoot, install, and manage cabling, acting as the primary contact for technical and service-related issues.

You will document outcomes in ServiceNow, meet SLAs, and collaborate with Lead Technicians to resolve problems efficiently. A valid driver's license and strong communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or equivalent work experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication with customers, peers and leaders.
• Working knowledge of Windows OS, networks, and related tools.
• Experience with typical banking equipment preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while meeting SLAs.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, install, and configure hardware within a designated geographic area.
• Serve as primary contact for customers on technical and service-related issues.
• Document outcomes and resolutions in ServiceNow after SLA-compliant completion.
• Coordinate with Lead Technicians to resolve problems accurately and efficiently.
• Meet and drive SLA guidelines and maintain quality in service delivery.
• Monitor inventory levels and manage vehicle stocking as needed.
