Job summary

Compucom is seeking a Field Technician to join our team in the United States. You will perform advanced hardware exchanges and provide hands-on IT support at customer sites.

The role requires strong written and verbal communication, working knowledge of Windows OS and networks, and familiarity with banking equipment; ServiceNow experience is a plus. You will coordinate multiple tasks, manage inventory and SLA-driven activities, and travel to client locations with a valid driver’s license and

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Computer Science or IT from a technical school.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with customers and teams.
• Working knowledge of Windows OS, networks, and related tools.
• Experience with typical banking equipment.
• Able to coordinate and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
