Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience troubleshooting technical/IT-related issues.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather and manage time in a field setting.

Responsibilities

• Perform customer installations, network installations, repairs, and service activations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical service issues using established procedures and tools.
• Conduct preventive maintenance activities to ensure network reliability and performance.
• Diagnose and elevate complex technical issues as needed.
• Deliver a positive customer experience through professional communication and service interactions.
• Maintain accurate records of work completed, service activities, and troubleshooting efforts.
• Collaborate with team members and support continuous operational improvements.
• Participate in on‑call rotations after completion of training and support occasional after‑hours work when required.
