Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support network builds, installations, and maintenance across service areas.
• Perform customer-premise equipment installations, activation, and testing.
• Assist with cable installation, troubleshooting, and circuit turn-up.
• Conduct site inspections and support battery maintenance programs.
• Coordinate vendor and site access requirements as needed.
• Respond to operational needs and travel between locations.
• Maintain documentation and follow safety and operational procedures.
• Participate in training and future on-call rotations after onboarding.
