Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair network equipment and infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot network issues involving routers, fiber, and related tech.
• Respond to service trouble tickets promptly and perform equipment replacements as needed.
• Conduct fiber testing and troubleshooting using OTDR equipment.
• Travel between customer sites to support installation and repair activities.
• Support preventive maintenance to ensure network reliability.
