All Roads is seeking an experienced Field Technician - Heavy Equipment to service and repair Vermeer machinery at Vermeer All Roads - Castleton. This full-time role focuses on diagnosing hydraulics, hydrostatics, and electrical systems, with welding and fabrication as needed, while maintaining precise repair records.

You'll work under supervision, grow technical skills, and advance within the service team. The position offers bonuses, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for career

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience with hydraulics, hydrostatics, and electrical troubleshooting.
• Welding experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude.

Responsabilités

• Service, repair, and recondition Vermeer equipment as directed by the Service Manager.
• Diagnose malfunctions in hydraulics, electrical, and hydrostatic systems.
• Perform welding and fabrication work as needed.
• Recommend appropriate repairs and prepare cost estimates.
• Maintain accurate records of all repairs performed.
• Stay current with industry trends and technical advancements.
• Communicate with the factory for technical support.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Field Technician -Heavy Equipment

Vermeer All Roads ishiring an experienced Heavy Equipment Field Mechanic to join our team. Put your skills to work repairing Vermeer machinery and components in a timely manner. Depending on your level of expertise, you may work under direct supervision while building your skills and advancing your career.

Compensation & Schedule

• Hourly pay: $28-$40 (based on experience)
• Production bonuses available
• Full-time schedule with flexibility - no nights or weekends
