Job summary

All Roads is hiring an experienced Field Technician - Heavy Equipment to join our Service team. You will repair Vermeer machinery and components on the road, bringing your mechanical expertise to our customers and maintaining high-quality service.

Requirements include High School Diploma or GED, hydraulics and electrical troubleshooting experience, and the ability to travel 85%+ to customer locations. We offer a competitive hourly rate, production bonuses, and comprehensive benefits.

Responsibilities

• Service, repair, and recondition Vermeer equipment as directed by the Service Manager.
• Diagnose malfunctions in hydraulics, electrical, and hydrostatic systems.
• Perform welding and fabrication work as needed.
• Prepare cost estimates for repairs and maintain accurate records of all work performed.
• Stay current with industry trends and technical advancements; communicate with factory for support.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Vermeer All Roads ishiring an experienced Heavy Equipment Field Mechanic to join our growing team. Put your skills to work repairing Vermeer machinery and components in a timely manner. Bring your mechanical expertise on the road to assist our customers. Candidate must be at least 21 year old, have a valid driver's license and be insurable by our carrier.

Compensation & Schedule

• Hourly pay: $30–$40 (based on experience)
• Production bonuses available
• Full-time schedule Monday - Friday
