Job summary

Sparklight, a Cable One brand, is seeking a Field Technician in Kingsland, GA to install services in homes and businesses, perform repairs, and relocate equipment.

You will troubleshoot using RF and digital meters, ensure proper signal levels, and educate customers on new features. A valid driver’s license, customer service experience, and HS diploma are required; overtime/on-call may be needed.

Qualifications

• A good driving record and a valid driver’s license.
• At least 3 months of customer service or related experience and/or training.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Install services in residential and commercial properties.
• Troubleshoot with RF, digital and Volt-Ohm meters to diagnose issues.
• Ensure proper upstream and downstream signal levels at customer terminations.
• Proactively suggest upgrades and educate customers on equipment use.
• Work overtime and on-call as needed to support customers.
