Candidates should have strong knowledge of RAN, backhaul, and 5G NR, with hands-on field experience and the ability to manage small projects in a fast-paced urban environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent; strong technical/field experience accepted.
• 2-4 years in Field Operations or Wireless telecommunications.
• Foundational knowledge in network design, capacity planning, and power systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to resolve network performance issues and outages.
• Manage smaller projects or project segments with status updates.
• Identify and propose process improvements for maintenance and repair activities.
• Develop job aids, scopes of work, and documentation with senior staff.
• Complete required training to stay current on systems, products and standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
