Job summary

T-Mobile is seeking a Field Technician to cover the New York Metropolitan area, including Queens, NY. You will provide hands-on technical support, manage small projects, and contribute to network performance improvements in a fast-paced urban market.

The role requires knowledge of RAN/5G systems, backhaul, and disaster recovery, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong troubleshooting and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required.
• 2-4 years in Field Operations and maintenance.
• 2-4 years wireless telecom or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to resolve network issues.
• Manage smaller projects and provide status updates.
• Identify and suggest process improvements for maintenance.
• Develop job aids, scopes of work, and documentation with senior staff.
• Complete required training to stay current on systems and standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
