Job summary

Midco of South Dakota, Inc. is hiring a Field Tech to install, maintain, and troubleshoot services for residential and business customers. This role offers a $22.00 per hour starting pay and a $2,500 hiring bonus, with paid training and opportunities for quarterly bonuses.

You will work with cutting-edge technology, provide great customer experiences, and have a company vehicle, tools, and clothing provided. No experience is required, and advancement is available based on performance.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Complete Midco First Time Right (FTR) certification within 90 days of hire and consistently apply principles in all aspects of work.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot services for residential and business customers.
• Conduct technical assessments and service installations and disconnections.
• Troubleshoot signals and ensure optimal picture quality on TV sets.
• Log work orders and communications accurately.
• Mentor and train team members as required.
• Maintain a clean work environment and observe safety procedures.
