Qualifications

• Previous customer-facing experience is a plus; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot services for residential and business customers.
• Perform installations, disconnections, and service changes as needed.
• Troubleshoot network issues and ensure signal quality across devices.
• Log work orders and maintain accurate customer records.
• Mentor teammates and cross-train on additional services.
• Maintain vehicle and comply with safety policies; travel as required.
• Provide courteous, solution-focused customer interactions.
