Job summary

HP is seeking a customer-focused professional to improve the installation experience and deliver software services across pre-sales, post-sales, and service delivery. The role supports diverse accounts, uses proactive monitoring, and provides onsite break-fix assistance while mentoring the team.

You will address customer challenges, coordinate cross-functional work, and identify opportunities for improvement with strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/ GED or commensurate work experience.
• 6–8 years of related work experience, preferably in HP products in customer base, account management, on-site support, or mission-critical systems.

Responsibilities

• Enhances customer experience by providing installation activities overview and site-specific information.
• Addresses customer-relation challenges, delivering guidance and escalating issues per protocols.
• Offers software services across pre-sales, post-sales, and service delivery support for diverse customer needs.
• Delivers services, including tailored solutions, to large enterprise and complex accounts.
• Uses proactive monitoring to identify opportunities to prevent problems and improve experience.
• Provides on-site break-fix support and leads escalation with third-party providers when needed.
• Applies extensive knowledge to resolve complex issues and recommend improvements.
• Coordinates departmental work, mentors the team, and acts as escalation point.
• Identifies opportunities for improvement and ensures effective business controls through analysis.
• Coordinates functional work, supports other departments, and fosters positive relationships.
