Job summary

Qualifications

• B.S. degree in Electrical, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering.
• Ability to respond urgently and resolve customer requests.
• Strong written and verbal communication with customers.
• Experience coordinating technical teams and customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to customers for motors, generators, and controls.
• Interface with engineering, commercial, and quality teams; process warranty claims.
• Analyze field data, write service reports, and recommend corrective action.
• Organize inspection and disposition of returned equipment and materials.
• Deliver client training on EM products and services.
