Job summary

Hartfiel Automation is seeking a Technical Sales professional to drive market share growth in Fort Collins and surrounding territory. You will act as the technical expert and trusted partner between suppliers and manufacturing customers, conducting consultative sales conversations to uncover needs and deliver value.

Responsibilities include 2–4 daily customer visits, expanding revenue with existing accounts, and acquiring new opportunities through the Funnel process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new products.

Responsibilities

• Hit the field: schedule 2-4 in-person customer calls daily.
• Grow the business: expand revenue within existing accounts and pursue new customers.
• Get technical: develop deep knowledge of focus product lines and related offerings.
• Solve problems: apply consultative techniques to understand customer challenges and provide solutions.
• Collaborate to win: lead team funnel meetings and leverage supplier resources.
• Stay organized: update funnel activity and complete required trainings.
