Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC is seeking an experienced Contract Recruiter to support high-volume hiring in a fast-paced telecommunications environment from Charlotte, NC. You will partner with hiring managers, source top talent across operations, technical and customer-facing roles, and manage the full recruiting lifecycle.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, strong sourcing and interviewing skills, and proficiency with ATS platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high-volume environments.
• Experience recruiting for operations, technical, customer-facing roles.
• Strong sourcing, interviewing and candidate evaluation skills.
• Experience with ATS and recruiting technologies.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and requisitions simultaneously.
• Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; proficient with MS Office (Excel).

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for a variety of roles including operations, technical, customer support and corporate.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and drive hiring decisions.
• Source qualified candidates through job boards, social media, networks, referrals and other channels.
• Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews and evaluate candidate fit.
• Coordinate interviews and facilitate communication between candidates and teams.
• Maintain accurate candidate and requisition data in the ATS.
• Track recruiting activity, metrics and pipeline status for leadership updates.
• Create and post compelling job adverts to attract diverse talent.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws.
• Deliver a positive candidate experience through timely communication.
• Support recruiting projects, workforce planning and hiring events.
