Job summary

Kinetic, a business unit of Uniti Group Inc., is hiring Customer Service Technicians to install and repair residential and business services nationwide. This role supports customers across the United States, requiring safety training, a valid license, and physical ability to lift up to 50lbs.

You’ll train with test equipment, operate in inside and outside environments, and report to the Manager of Local Operations. Evening, weekend, and holiday hours may be required.

Qualifications

• Basic technology and math skills are required.
• Valid driver’s license and a safe driving record are required.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs and work extended hours including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Install and repair residential and business services (telephone, internet, video).
• Use test equipment and tools to service various technologies and networks.
