Job summary

Uniti Group Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Technician to install and repair residential and business communications services across the United States. You will train with test equipment, work on varied network designs, and promote products that meet customer needs.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, ability to lift up to 50lbs, and willingness to work day, evening, weekend, and holiday hours. Safety training is mandatory, with opportunities across multiple environments.

Qualifications

• Basic technology and math skills required.
• Valid driver’s license with safe driving record.
• Ability to distinguish colors in color-coded cables.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs and work aloft.
• Must complete required safety training.

Responsibilities

• Install and repair residential and business services including telephone, internet, and video.
• Train with tools and test equipment for multiple technologies and network designs.
• Recommend products and services to resolve customer needs.
• Work in buried and aerial plant requiring pole/climbing.
• Safely operate and maintain company service vehicle.
• Report to the Manager of Local Operations.
