Job summary

Uniti Group Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Technician to install and repair residential and business services across the United States. You will work with tools and test equipment, climb ladders, and service buried and aerial plant while ensuring safety and customer satisfaction.

Join a team that supports homes and businesses nationwide and reports to the Manager of Local Operations. This role requires a valid driver’s license, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and flexible hours including

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Valid driver’s license and safe driving record required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work at heights.
• Must complete required safety training.
• Basic technology and math skills essential.
• Willingness to work day, evening, weekend, and holiday hours.
• Color discrimination ability required.
• Two-year technical degree or comparable experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Install and repair residential and business services (phone, internet, video).
• Train with tools and test equipment to service diverse networks.
• Recommend products and services to meet customer needs.
• Work on buried and aerial plant including pole climbing and ladder work.
• Operate and maintain company vehicle safely.
• Work in both indoor and outdoor environments.
• Complete safety training and follow safety standards.
• Report to the Manager of Local Operations.
