Job summary

Uniti Group Inc. seeks a Customer Service Technician to install and repair residential and business services across multiple markets in the United States. You will train with test equipment and work on buried and aerial networks, recommending products to meet customer needs.

The role involves climbing, operating a company vehicle, and performing safety‑driven tasks with flexible day/evening hours. Strong basic tech and math skills are essential.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
Two-year technical degree in computers or electronics is a plus.
Valid driver’s license and safe driving record required.

Responsibilities

Install and repair residential and business communications services.
Train and work with tools/test equipment for various technologies.
Recommend products and services to resolve customer needs.
Work in buried and aerial plant with pole climbing and ladders.
Safely operate and maintain company service vehicle.
Work inside and outside environments.
Complete safety training and follow safety standards.
