Job summary

Kinetic, a unit of Uniti, seeks Field Service Technicians to install and repair residential and business services across the United States. Technicians will work with diverse technologies and network designs while maintaining safety standards and efficient service operations.

Role requires climbing, lifting up to 50 lbs, and willingness to work varied shifts. Training and safety compliance are essential, with supervision by Local Operations Manager.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work aloft.
• Must complete required safety training and follow safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Install and repair residential and business communications services including telephone, internet, and video.
• Train and work with tools and test equipment to service multiple technologies and network designs.
• Recommend products and services that resolve customers’ communications needs.
• Work in buried and aerial plant requiring pole climbing and ladder skills.
• Safely operate and maintain a clean and organized company service vehicle.
• Work indoors and outdoors as required by assignments.
• Complete required safety training and follow safety standards and regulations.
• Report to the Manager of Local Operations.
