Job summary

Compucom Systems, Inc. is seeking a Field Tech II to provide in-field IT support for national home improvement retail clients. The role requires strong customer service, self-motivation, and the ability to work on-site in a fast-paced environment.

Expect travel within a 25–150+ mile radius and hands-on repair duties across multiple devices and systems. The ideal candidate will have IT support experience, relevant certifications (A+ and Net+ preferred), and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• One year IT technical support experience.
• Cash recycler repair experience is highly preferred.
• CompTIA A+ (Preferred).
• Net+ CompTIA certification preferred.
• Driver's License (Required).

Responsibilities

• Travel within a radius of 25 to 150+ miles daily in a specific route.
• Provide exceptional customer service and relationship building.
• Support IT hardware and software tasks for client environments.
• Document efforts, issues and resolutions, and close cases daily.
