Job summary

Compucom Systems, Inc. is seeking a Field Tech II to deliver hands-on IT support for our national home improvement retail clients. The role requires a self-motivated, customer-focused technician who can troubleshoot IT/network issues, document progress, and perform repairs onsite.

This is an on-site position with significant travel within a defined route, including lifting and climbing as needed. Candidates should have at least 1 year of IT technical support experience, a valid driver’s license,

Qualifications

• One year IT technical support experience.
• Cash recycler repair experience is highly preferred.
• CompTIA A+ (Preferred); Network+ certification preferred.
• Driver's License (Required)

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for IT/Data problems at client sites.
• Triage, troubleshoot and resolve client IT equipment issues.
• Document actions taken and close tickets daily.
• Travel within a radius of 25 to 150+ miles daily on a defined route.
