Job summary

Bimbo Bakeries USA is seeking a capable professional to provide second-level support across Sales Centers, Distribution Centers, and bakeries. You will travel frequently to deploy and upgrade business technology automation systems, collaborating with vendors and internal teams to ensure reliable field operations.

No prior business technology experience is required, but the candidate should be ambitious, willing to travel, and ready to learn while supporting ongoing deployments and field

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field required or substituted by equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in customer support using business applications and interfacing with IT support.
• Ability to travel 80% of the time and support field operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide second-level field support for Sales Centers, Distribution Centers, and Bakeries.
• Deploy and implement business technology automation systems and upgrades in the field.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure on-time delivery and continuous improvement.
• Assist with training needs and on-site training when warranted and cost justified.
• Act as a resource for deployments and field implementations of new technology.
