Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is typically required.
• 4+ years experience in the baking industry is highly desirable, with proven experience in instructional design and program management.
• MS Office applications proficiency.
• Bilingual (Spanish) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee strategic technical training programs for Bimbo Bakeries North America.
• Implement workshops, seminars, online courses, and on‑the‑job training.
• Create tailored training plans and materials including videos, decks, and webinars.
• Oversee the Certified Bakery Master program from nomination to graduation.
• Lead training sessions and workshops for employees and program participants.
• Manage scheduling, locations, instructors, and tracking of progress.
• Collaborate with sister units and external partners to maximize impact.
