Job summary

NTT DATA seeks a Field Tech Associate to join our Forsyth, GA client-site team. You will support end users, perform installs and decommissions, and coordinate activities with clients. Travel between sites is required and a driver’s license is mandatory.

Qualifications

1+ years in End user support/ITSM incidents and requests.
Experience with desktop applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe, etc.).
Experience with on-site field services in SLA environments.
Ability to pass fingerprinting and state tax clearance.

Responsibilities

Assist in installs, moves, adds, changes, decommissions, and breakpoint fix.
Coordinate with client end users on expectations and schedules.
Meet Service Level Agreements on all services performed.
Update incident records and asset management in the system.
Identify issues affecting end-user experience and help create action plans.
Remediate incidents using advanced tools and conduct installs.
Escalate issues to Field Services Supervisor as needed.
Continuously improve technical skills and share knowledge.
Travel between sites; mileage reimbursed.
Must have valid driver’s license and vehicle.
