You’ll diagnose connectivity issues, troubleshoot hardware, and support installations while engaging directly with ranchers in the field.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot technical issues remotely and on-ranch

• Translate complex technical issues into practical solutions
• Work closely with Product, R&D and Engineering teams to improve future releases
• Help drive greater customer adoption and success
