Harnish Group Inc. is seeking a Technical Service Technician to be the first line of support based in Fairbanks, Alaska.

You will install, calibrate, and troubleshoot Trimble 2D/3D technology products, and provide frontline technical support to customers and field staff. The role requires a high school diploma or GED and preferred experience in land surveying or heavy machinery construction environments, with proficiency in Word, Excel and Outlook.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Experience in land surveying or in the construction industry with heavy machinery operation preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsabilidades

• Install, calibrate and troubleshoot 2D/3D technology products as part of service work.
• Provide support and troubleshooting to customers and service technicians; escalate as needed.
• Explain functions and features of core products to customers to advise on best solutions.
• Capture customer information including purchase orders, job site details, serial numbers and warranty data.
