Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Engineering or related discipline; alternative 6+ years of relevant experience.
• Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license in state of residence.
• Experience in troubleshooting and/or repair of electro-mechanical, electronic, computer, electrical systems.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer needs and perform installations, maintenance, upgrades, and repairs.
• Build trust with customers, promote service agreements, and identify sales opportunities.
• Drive field service revenue through billable offerings like preventive maintenance and equipment moves.
• Attend product training and keep up-to-date with procedures and quality standards.
• Travel includes local, regional, and some national travel with potential overnight stays.
• Participate in on-call rotation and document work orders and QA checklists.
