Job summary

Mindray North America is seeking a Field Service Representative II to install, repair, inspect, and maintain patient monitoring, anesthesia, and ultrasound systems at hospitals and surgical centers. You will configure software and networks, provide on-site and phone support, and manage service contracts.

This is a field-based role requiring travel and on-call availability. The ideal candidate brings an Associate degree in Electronics or Biomedical Engineering and 2+ years of field service or

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Electronics, Biomedical Engineering, or equivalent technical discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of field service or hospital biomedical experience.
• Strong proficiency in troubleshooting, repair, and calibration of medical devices.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, inspect, and perform preventive maintenance on Mindray systems in hospitals and surgical centers.
• Configure and maintain system software and networks supporting Mindray products.
• Provide timely technical support via phone or in person to customers, sales, and clinical teams.
• Document all service activities in compliance with company quality and administrative standards.
• Manage service contracts, including renewals, quotations, and securing new agreements.
