Job summary

RTI International is seeking part-time Survey Administrators for a school-based, computerized study involving the National Youth Risk Behavior Study (YRBS). The role requires travel to multiple locations to administer surveys and coordinate with schools for data collection and scheduling.

The position is temporary with an average of 20 hours per week during the data collection period (June 2027). A valid US driver's license and access to a personal vehicle are required.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English through reading, writing and speaking.
• Effective communication skills.
• Available for entire training and data collection period.
• Must have a valid US driver's license and reliable personal automobile.
• Comfortable using RTI issued tablet, laptop, and other equipment.

Responsibilities

• Travel frequently to selected locations to administer survey or assessments.
• Make in-person contact with respondents to discuss the study and obtain participation.
• Coordinate with school staff for missing data and scheduling make-up sessions.
• Host meetings with school staff to assess survey day logistics.
• Track parental consent and student eligibility for participation.
• Manage administrative duties and participate in conference calls.
