Job summary

RTI International is seeking part-time Survey Administrators to support a school-based YRBS data collection effort. The role involves traveling to assigned schools to administer surveys, coordinate make-up sessions, and ensure data collection procedures are followed across classroom settings.

The position offers about 20 hours per week, with travel requirements and occasional overnight trips during the data collection period.

Qualifications

• Must have effective communication skills and fluency in English.
• Available for the entire training and data collection period.
• Must have a valid US driver’s license and own vehicle for business use.
• Comfortable using RTI issued tablet and laptop for data transmission.
• Access to password-protected WiFi and ability to keep project information confidential.
• Willingness to travel and work in various weather conditions, including after dark.

Responsibilities

• Travel frequently to assigned locations to administer surveys or assessments.
• Interact with study participants and school staff to obtain participation.
• Coordinate make-up survey dates with school personnel.
• Prompt school staff for missing data and schedule logistics.
• Host meetings with school staff to ensure survey day readiness.
• Maintain Time and Expense reports and attend project team calls.
• Safeguard equipment and complete tasks remotely and in the field.
