Job summary

RTI International is seeking part-time Survey Administrators to conduct school-based surveys as part of a nationwide study. The role involves traveling to schools, administering surveys in classrooms, and coordinating with school staff for make-up dates.

An average of ~20 hours per week is expected during the data collection period. Applicants must be prepared to operate RTI-issued devices, adhere to study protocols, and manage logistics across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Possess clear communication through speech and listening.
• Fluency in English reading, writing, and speaking.
• Available for the entire training and data collection period.
• Able to complete required training.
• Must have a valid US driver’s license and a personal car for business use.
• Comfortable using RTI-issued tablet and laptop.

Responsibilities

• Travel frequently to selected locations to administer surveys or assessments to participants.
• Interact with respondents, discuss the study, and obtain participation.
• Coordinate with school staff for scheduling and data collection logistics.
• Track parental consent returns and student eligibility.
• Assist with data entry and timely time/expense reporting.
• Attend virtual project team meetings and maintain equipment security.
