Job summary

North Country Business Products, Inc. is seeking a Field Support Technician to deliver hands-on, on-site support for grocery, hospitality, and retail clients in the Duluth area. You will learn POS systems, troubleshoot hardware and software, and install retail solutions.

What You'll Do

• Learn POS systems through our comprehensive training program

What We're Looking For

We’re looking for someone with hands‑on computer and technology experience who enjoys troubleshooting and working with hardware and software. Experience or familiarity with IT, networking, Wi‑Fi, computer hardware, and basic technical troubleshooting is a plus.

Must Have:

• Valid driver's license with a clean record.
• Self‑motivated problem‑solver who can troubleshoot issues independently.
• Networking fundamentals — understanding of basic networking concepts such as Ethernet, Wi‑Fi, IP addresses, routers, switches, and connectivity issues.
• Comfortable providing hands‑on technical support at client locations
