Job summary

The Field Support Specialist role supports front-of-house and regional logistics, ensuring a seamless experience for guests and clients while maintaining high-end print and mailroom services.

This full-time position requires travel, physical activity, and a proactive attitude to keep conference rooms, pantries, and common areas VIP-ready across sites.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in office services, hospitality, or logistics.
• Proficient with MS Office and able to learn new systems.
• Willing to travel regionally with reliable transportation.
• Physically able to lift up to 25 lbs (50 lbs with a teammate).
• Calm, proactive approach when handling downtime and pressure.

Responsibilities

• Provide a 5-star concierge experience for guests and clients.
• Manage lobby flow, security protocols, and global call routing.
• Own inbound/outbound shipments lifecycle.
• Maintain chain-of-custody procedures for high-priority packages.
• Operate MFDs for print, binding, and digital scanning.
• Keep conference rooms and common areas VIP-ready.
• Manage inventory and supplies across sites.
