Job summary

World Finance is hiring a Field Support Specialist to assist with state-wide loan applications, provide frontline customer service, and manage daily operational tasks at the Burleson, TX branch.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and the ability to obtain insurance licensing. You will support delinquency reports, branch deposits, and training initiatives while maintaining a professional office environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate effectively with colleagues and customers.
• Basic computer skills and office software proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Assist an entire state with loan applications and related processes in the Field Support Program.
• Provide excellent customer service on the phone and in person; answer questions and address product inquiries.
• Handle past-due accounts per company policy; complete daily call routing.
• Perform skip-tracing on select accounts as needed.
• Update borrower records at each contact and service loans (renewals, referrals, increases).
• Promote products including tax preparation services.
• Take loan applications and process them for approval or denial.
• Post payments (cash, money order, check, debit card, inter-branch).
• Prepare loan documents and close renewals; balance cash drawer daily.
• Prepare and deposit daily branch cash; transport cash deposits securely.
• Maintain daily delinquency reports and weekly progress reports.
• Support monthly/yearly branch operating standards and keep a clean work environment.
• Attend weekly World U training and assist with training associates.
• Other duties: call approved/unmade applications to close loans; follow paid-out program daily.
• Issue credit denial letters within 30 days and pay branch expenses as instructed.

Education

High school diploma, preferably with a college level degree, or equivalent work experience
