Job summary

World Finance is seeking a Field Support Specialist to support loan applications, calls, and branch operations across the state. You will assist customers by phone and in person, help with product questions, and process payments and loan documents as needed.

The role emphasizes reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and basic computer skills. The position supports branch customers while contributing to the company’s growth and operational standards.

Qualifications

• Must have reliable personal transportation to perform essential job duties, including transporting operating cash and daily deposits to and from a bank
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance as required to perform assigned duties
• Education and/or Experience: High school diploma, preferably with a college level degree, or equivalent work experience
• Must be licensed or have the ability to obtain licensing to sell insurance products

Responsibilities

• Assist an entire state with loan applications, call volume flows, and other processes as deemed within the Field Support Program.
• Provides excellent customer service by assisting customers on the phone and in the office with questions and product availability.
• Process loan applications, take payments, and prepare loan documents for renewal and closing.
• Balance cash drawer daily, prepare deposits, and transport cash in accordance with company policies.
