World Finance is hiring a Financial Services Representative (Temporary) in Mansfield, TX. You will drive loan sales, service existing accounts, and assist customers with tax-related needs, while maintaining compliant records and delivering great client experiences.

This role requires daily outbound calls, in-person meetings, and the ability to close loans in a fast-paced branch environment. You’ll balance collections with new business, with performance-based bonus opportunities and advancement

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, customer service, collections, or account management with measurable results.
• Proven ability to handle high-volume calls and difficult conversations.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive and close loan sales by taking applications and explaining terms.
• Conduct substantial daily outbound outreach for collections, tax services, and new business generation.
• Manage delinquent accounts and secure payments, setting payment arrangements as needed.
• Assist customers in person with loan applications, tax preparation, payments, and account questions.
• Process payments, updates, tax documents, and document activity in company systems.
• Maintain accurate records and comply with company policies and regulations.
