Responsibilities

• Assist loan applications, call flows, and related processes in Field Support.
• Provide excellent customer service by handling questions and concerns.
• Service past due accounts, post payments, and prepare loan documents.
• Balance cash drawer, prepare deposits, and transport cash per policy.
• Maintain delinquency reports, weekly progress reports, and training duties.
